Short version: we collect what we need to run your account, we do not sell it, and the people who appear in the radar come from public records.
The radar names property owners, applicants, contractors and vendors that appear in public records — construction permits, planning applications, parcel ownership, contractor registries, public procurement notices — and open map data. We keep the name, role, company, address and any phone that the record itself lists or that is published on the company's own website. We do not buy consumer data, we do not track individuals across the web, and we honor removal requests at the email above.
Supabase (Postgres, US region) with row-level security so one customer can never read another's workspace; Vercel for the app; Stripe for payments; Google (Gmail) for the digest. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Export or delete your account data any time by emailing us. California and Montana residents may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold; we answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Only the session cookie that keeps you signed in and a small local setting for your view preferences. No advertising trackers.
We post the date at the top when this changes and email account owners about material changes.
